As reported by Bloickonomy, according to the post on Twitter by Ethereum core developer Peter Szilagyi, the highly-anticipated optimization-oriented hard fork Constantinople will be activated on February 27.

The core improvement is supposed to allow cheaper on-chain storage. The rollout will drop the optimization which caused the hard fork to be postponed.
